All of our classes are
geared toward everyone. But they can be some of the most challenging
classes you'll attend.
Class Schedule
Depending on popularity and time schedules, we may change these
times to best benefit all participants.

FULL
BODY BAND WORKOUT - Grab a light, medium or heavy
band and get to work. The accumulative effect of this class is
what gets you. Very little rest, going from muscle to muscle.
You'll feel this one all over as your body burns fat and adds
lean tissue.

BEACH BOOT CAMP-
TEN HUT! Get ready to do the nasty. You're in the sand. It's
harder. You're doing push ups, lunges, jump squats and exercises
that are bound to get to every part of your body! Come
down...its also lots of fun!
